What Neuu is

Neuu is software for rental brokers. It keeps a dated record of introductions, runs a deal from token to registration, keeps agreement drafts and reminds you about renewals.

• It does not hold or move money. It records the token, the brokerage and the receipts that you and your clients tell it.
• It is not a marketplace. A flat page exists only behind the link you share.
• It does not give legal advice. Agreement drafts, the stamp duty figure and the introduction record are drafts and estimates. A lawyer or the registering office has the final say.

Your account

• You sign in with your mobile number and a code. Keep your phone safe and sign out of devices you do not use.
• The owner of an agency is responsible for the people they invite and the roles they give.
• You must be an adult and able to enter into a contract.

What you are responsible for

• The details you enter must be true, and you must have the right to enter them.
• You must have each client's agreement before you share their number, as the booking form asks them to give.
• You decide what to tell your clients and owners. Check the agreement with a lawyer before anyone signs or registers it.
• Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to get into another agency's data, no abuse of messages.

Free trial, plans and payment

A new agency gets a 30 day free trial. After it, a paid plan is needed to keep adding or changing records. Plans, prices and taxes are shown before you pay and can change for future periods. If a payment fails or a trial ends, the agency becomes read only: you can still see everything, and you can download your records.

Your data

Your agency's records belong to your agency. You can download them as files from the Passbook. You can ask us to delete the agency; see the privacy page for what happens and for how long.

The service

We work to keep Neuu available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of mistakes. Messages sent through WhatsApp or SMS depend on those services. We may update, change or stop parts of the service, and will give notice for a change that matters.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from a deal, an agreement, a registration, a payment between people, or a decision made using a record or an estimate from Neuu. Our responsibility for the service is limited to the fees the agency paid in the previous 12 months. Wording to be confirmed by counsel.

Ending

You can stop using Neuu at any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
